The Experience
The treatment begins with you lying comfortably on your side in a calm, relaxing environment. A protective covering is placed around the ear and face to ensure comfort and safety while helping you fully relax.
A hollow ear candle is then gently positioned at the opening of the ear and carefully lit. As the candle burns, gentle warmth is produced, creating a soothing sensation. This step is designed to promote relaxation while you rest quietly, allowing the body and mind to unwind.
Once the candle has burned to a safe point, it is removed and extinguished. The process may then be repeated on the other ear. The session concludes with a short rest period, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and deeply relaxed.
